Notes:
- Barclay Township did not exist until 1867 and was folder back into Franklin
Township in 1959.
- Stevens Township was formed from Pike about 1926.
- Terry Township was created about 1857 from Asylum, Durrell, and Wilmot
townships.
- Tuscarora Township was renamed from Spring Hill about 1856.
- Durrell Township was formed in 1842 from Monroe & Asylum townships but
was disbanded in the 1850s and the land distributed to Asylum,
Terry, and Wilmot townships.
