Jerry was living with the KINSMAN family in 1930 but family tradition
and my research do not connect him with that family. This looks
more like a rooming house than his in-laws as the census indicates.

His occupation is listed as "sexton" for a cemetery.
He was caretaker ("sexton") for the Riverside Cemetery
in Towanda, Bradford Co, PA but did not live in the house. His daughter
Elizabeth Daly was living in the caretaker's house during that time.
As you can see above, Eugene & Elizabeth (Shay) Daily [sic],
lived at 122 William Street. That was the address of the Riverside
Cemetery caretaker's house.
